To the surprise of absolutely nobody who knows him, Pyfer Partners’s very own John F. Pyfer Jr. has been named a “Super Lawyer” – an honorific bestowed on those rated as being among the top five per cent of all attorneys in the state. In fact, John F. Pyfer Jr. was the only General Practice attorney selected for the award in Lancaster County.

Recently, more than 34,000 Pennsylvania attorneys took part in a professional opinion poll conducted by the publishers of Law & Politics.

One aspect of the survey was particularly gratifying: polled respondents were asked to vote only for the best layers they had personally observed in action, as opposed to voting for colleagues based on their reputations.

It should be noted, as well, that 12 other Lancaster County attorneys were similarly honored; Pyfer Partners congratulates them all.
